Hi Chris. Was wondering how I knew your name. Now I remember - the IBC. Did you also come to Bewleys before the IBC for a practise run? DM

Hey Chris! Unfortunately we don't open Sundays at the moment :( In the weeks coming up to Christmas we will be though, not that that's much good if your coming down this weekend!! I'll double check about this Sunday just in case, as my boss sometimes randomly decides to open the North Main Street one if there's a big movie showing in the cinema next door, and with the new James Bond flick showing it's quite possible! I'll keep you posted. How's life in Kilkenny? Must plan a road trip up there soon :)

Matthew Algie Coffee - hmmm what do you think of it. As for Glanbia- its amazing the way the guys in Glanbia talk about milk the way we would talk about coffee. Am trying to do work with them on milk-coffee developments. Dont think I will be there before Christmas but if I am I will let you know. PS: I see you changed your photo to last years IBC competition.

Well I'm not working at the moment, transition time i guess, did some work unofficially for buzz fennel the bald one. i'm not using any one particular coffee, but at the time of those picture i was using Clive McCabe's Poppies roast from Co Wicklow. Lately I have been using Fixx, but If I had the money I'd be buying whatever I wanted to taste. I might make a trip down to KK to have a chat.
