Hey, man, thanks. Keep up the great work!

Dude, you were so right about the Abbey, the spro was flat! The guy pulled the doser lever twice into the bottom of a single shot basket. I couldn't even see anything in there when he proceeded to tamp it with the attachment on the grinder. It's no wonder that it spewed out quickly for you. I also suggested that his gasket looked like it was going out because the portafilter handle was way over at about 3:15 (if 6:00 is normal) but he insisted that they are checked every six months. He was kinda defensive so I figured that more instruction would be on deaf ears.

I am so sorry I really do not know of any acceptable cafe's in Fort Meyers. We have had a significant number of stores close up I am aware of a good one in Leihigh Acres though and the owner Melinda is a doll. It is called "L.A. Cafe". If you are in the Sarasota area I would love to have you take a tour of roasting facility!
Best of luck to you in Fort Meyers

Good luck. I've not heard of any place in the area that I could recommend. Sorry that we're so far away-- it would be great to have you visit Volta. I was in BJava last year (I'm from Bloomington and was visiting friends in Indy), and I'd be happy to return the hospitality that we had in your shop.
