Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: I am a barista and Professional Home barista, I own a twin Boiler Gazzia Espresso machine at home. I am a huge fan of Esresso Vivache Roasterria and David Shomers Book: "Espresso Coffee, Professional Techniques". They have twenty years of roasting in seattle and roast daily and mail worlwide; simply the sweetest espesso shots I have ever tasted and made.

About Me:: I love Seattle; Hiking, climbing, Skiing, Cycling, and being in a city 10 minutes from a highly regarded roaster!
About My Company:: I own a landscaping company and am planing an espresso stand in 10 months.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: People in Seattle simply love to find the good stuff and are making their way away from Mc Donalds of Espresso at a very fast pace and I am wathing small shops thrive even in this economy.
