Hi.
I can't say that i know any.
I have heard that there is a small roasting company, but I am not sure. I know that many firms are planning to make an impact in Bergen.
Norways oldest coffee house is also located in Bergen, called House of Friele.
Thanks for the advice, Alex. I made it to Soluna and it wasn't bad, definitely the best I've had in Paris thus far. Also, I was in St. Louis this summer and I made it to Kaldi, it was nice; keep up the good work.
Alex, what is your recommended dosing for the Espresso Malta? They are using it at Latte Land now (which im sure you're aware of) and they are doing 20 grams right now? Is this right or should it be less?
Hi Alex,
I don't work in Paris but I know a cafe in Paris with very good barista. I ask them if they are interested in barista exchange for you.

i did, in fact, receive your email. it would be my pleasure to show you around fair DC. i could also meet you in b'mere and we could hit up woodberry kitchen together. depending on the dates, you may also have a place to stay.
Just me. I was looking at the Quality. Quality low rates, that is, $69/night. Hampton and HIE are $140/night-ish. I haven't booked anything yet, and, I'm sort of attach to another group from New Haven, so, I don't have a car.
Hey where are ya, have you made it to Spikes restaurant yet, let me know. Judging Jon Lewis this weekend was awsome, you were right very poetic. Keep in touch.
Hi Alex, thanks for stopping by Spruce St. They had a pretty good first two weeks open with many industry people coming in. Also great to meet you at the Jam.
Hey Alex,
There will definitely be a cupping this friday, and every Friday for that matter. Shops to visit in our area are few and far between...check out Summit, Julias, Common Market for some drip and sandwich, or freshly brewed in Indian trail.
