About Me:
I'm 25, I've the most beautiful beard, a selfless girlfriend, a seductive belly and I'm fairly amiable. I spend roughly 20 minutes a day trying to figure out if I'm in coffee for the people or the taste of the stuff. Either one warrants the interest but I'd like to know for sure.
Unfortunately I won't be seeing you in Minneapolis - we've got a baby coming that same week! But I dream of WBC, NBC or any other reason to make it over to your neck of the woods.
Hey!! how was that you were in bcn!!! I would have love to see you!! next time let me know!!!
I am glad you liked centra cafe, that were I work :) At what time were you there??
oh cool that your sis lives here! if you come back let me know :)
There is no spanish champion for this year :( scae and spain have no agreement for copenhagen... :( so sad...
I hope they make an agreement for next year...
It´s a really delicated theme....
What can I say, it couldn't have happened to a better barista. You deserve it all. Congratulations to you, and to everyone who supported you all along the way.
Three demi's. One hand. WBC finals... Good man. The only way you could have been better is if you had decals on your pitchers and a gorilla on your apron like Uganda.
Hey, that was great.....I´ve already was with you in Dublin, saw you making blind latte art. And now this. I hope it wasn´t to late on sunday. It was an amazing event, with a great WBC-Champion!!

Hey Steven :) congrats on your win, i'm well proud a fellow irish barista scooped the title! Anywho, I work at Cafe Depeche on North Main Street, Cork City & definitely in my opinion the best cafe in Cork, latte art on any coffee I get my hands on and we've got a fab range of loose leaf teas, italian hot choc and seriously yummy nibbles! I'm really passionate about coffee, although I'm a complete chicken when it comes to barista competitions, my boss is always tellin me to just get over it and go... maybe next year!!! I'm actually going to be in London soon enough, was wondering do you guys have an actual coffee shop called square mile coffee or is it a roastery? Would love to pay ye a visit!
ya i'll definitely give ya a shout when i'm coming over, i'm thinking august at the moment anyway so all going well i'll get away for a few days! At cafe depeche we're dealing with matthew algie using their roast to order gama blend(4 beans all fair trade from bolivia, indonesia, sumatra & india), yummy coffee that is either great as espresso or as a milk based drink. only popped on this for a sec, im obsessed already haha, gotta go to work! talk to ya later
hey steve, i got a Fracino little gem for next to nothing to play with at home.. .needing a grinding now up to the job. i'll be wanting to sample your wares soon.
hello champ!! i saw on the internet... really... you ROCKS!!! it was amazing!! please add me as your friend to exchange some ideas experiences recipes or whatever! thanks for all the magic!!
Greetings!
Hi there Stephen. I am sure this finds you well. Congrats by the way.
I was looking into your coffee and was curious about the origin of the El Bosque? Is it the classic from Guatemala that seems so available in the UK? or is it the NIc CoE. Or maybe some more obscure farm someplace?!?
I look forward to tasting your coffee very much. We should do a two pound exchange. What do you think?
All my best to your sweetie,
Sam
I just sent the droids picture to a few friends and I laughed out loud. Sitting by myself at Managua airport. Suffice to say i look unbelievable ridiculous and obviously I blame you.

Thanks for the advice this past weekend. It was great to meet you. I don't know if I will be coming down with Louie in a couple of weeks, but maybe we'll run into one another in Portland. I don't know if you have the most beautiful beard though...seductive belly, yes!
