If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Most of my time is spent at Northern Light Espresso in Scranton, PA. We use a Mirage Duette Classic - it's awesome and we're lucky to have one. I roasted with a company for half a year so I have a bit of roasting experience, something that really adds to my understanding of coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Portland, Boston
About Me:
I've been in the coffee industry only 3 years, but I've had 6 ms of roasting experience and take pride in the 3 years of barista work I've had.
About My Company:
Northern Light Espresso Bar
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
No need to lie. I definatly mean that I plan to visit. Glad you Like th Las mIngas, the new Panama Hartman Honey is awesome as well as both of the new Brazilian coffees (and the new Rwanda for that matter). We hired a new quality control manger about 6 months ago and he is really starting to make a difference.
Hey man. I'm planning on coming down there next week with Anne-Marie, our director of wholesale. What days do you work in the coming week. I want to try and schedule the meeting for a time when you (and hopefully Luke) are there.
