Our shop has been roasting longer than anyone in our area. We take pride in educating our baristas, and customers with bean characteristics, latte art, etc.

Well this is more about me personally, and has nothing to do with the shop... Hi, my name's Matt.
I spend a lot of time in front of my turntables, mixing hip hop and funk mostly. Married to another Barista/ manager at a competitor. We're kind of nerdy...

About My Company:

Like I mentioned above, we've been roasting for a number of years. We opened a 2nd shop back in Sept. of 08, in which I got my own shop, and my own staff. We don't have a roaster at the new shop, however we are looking into it. Damn, i miss the smell...

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The interaction between people. We have a wide range of customers. Rich, poor, black, white, you name it. Our shop brings our community together for a cup of coffee.
