Alyssa... Delray Beach is 45miles north of Miami (20 miles North of Ft Lauderdale)... and it is not so "hot and sticky"... coming from New York city, I find Florida much cooler than NY in the summer. :)

I saw your blog post. Ever thought of Intelli.la? If you want a career in coffee there is no greater place to be, IMHO. I want to start a Third Wave shop in Eastern North Carolina (in a particular college town with only $B). It would be a couple years in the making, but I would love to have someone with your passion.
