Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: Street Level Espresso is a brand new espresso bar on the wet coast of Canada. We represent Hines Public Market Coffee and are very dedicated.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?: Lots. I miss NYC, but I'm motivated to go to origin.
About Me:: I love being a barista. When I'm not to running my espresso bar I like dancing, taking photos, eating well and riding around on two wheels.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: We all stumble to the kitchen and pour ourselves cups of ambition.

Ken, I am in town on tues and weds and am at the shop from 10 am -6 pm. Anytime you want to pick my brain. You could come out to the roastery too any mon or thursday. You can always ride out on your hod with a couple cold beer?!?!?!? This monday is a holiday, but I will be at the roaster, If you can make it by I am sure that it will be nice and quiet.
Hey is that Yirg the Pulped Natural or the MAO? Both are good, but the PN Yirg is almost like bubble gum. mmmmmmm

I hope the shop is up and running. I popped down last week but the windows were still papered and the lights were off and there was no aroma of sweet espresso wafting out to the street so I hoisted myself up and over the paper barrier and peeked through the top window. You were naked.
