Thanks for the comment. I like the Evo website a lot. Madcap looks v. cool too. I have a similar vision for whatever capacity I end up in with coffee, even if it just remains as a hobby. I'll be selling at my local farmers market starting this June and am still hunting as hard as I can to get the best quality green beans(meaning premium product via sustainable, relational means) Do you guys sell or can you point me in the right direction, offer any tips?
