About Me:
I work in the Quality Control Lab at the Intelligentsia Roasting Works in Chicago.

I also am a competing barista for Intelligentsia.

I am active in the coffee community as well as the poetry scene in Chicago. I write on my blog about coffee, poetry, maps, and even post the occasional song.

    Congratulations again! I didn't get a chance to tell you, but your pistachio paste was amazing. You should probably patent and package it or something. Also...I was wondering what your music was? USBC?

    Congrats on the great coffee & routine. Hope to see more of your skillin live again. Your pistacchio paste made me think of the delights of gelato season coming up. We have this pistachio bronte gelato (from scratch recipe) that a local cat does. Might have to find a way to get you down here to ingest it?
