Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Previously worked as Director of Coffee (Green Buyer, Production Director) for Ceremony Coffee Roasters. Before that, trained and worked bar at the Open Eye Cafe and Caffe Driadé, as well as trainer/customer rep for Carrboro Coffee Roasters in North Carolina. Worked bar at Sweetleaf in Long Island City, Queens. Made USBC Finals in 2015. Won the 2011 SERBC. Multiple top places in Barista Competition, Brewers Cup, and Cup Tasters.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Most of them. Especially curious about Ethiopia, Japan, and Brasil.

Since writing the above, I have traveled to Brasil. It was awesome.

I love the coffee community. I have served it by representing the Southeast as a Chapter Representative in the Barista Guild of America some years back.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Drinking coffee and serving the community it brings together.
