About My Company:: We're holding it down in Southwest MO w/ great coffee from PT's, a great shop design from theworkshop308 (lots of brick and lots of wood) and a stellar staff of Baristas.

He drank many cups of single-origin coffee from our Clover when he was visiting Springfield over the holidays. We even let him rock the espresso machine for a while. We newly opened so he was our first official "visiting barista".

Oh wait, I can read!!! I just made the connection. I just had some of the Rwanda last week, it was killer!!! Joe said that he was able to help out with the latte art, that's really exciting to hear!! Yeah, the Bufcafe is awesome. Word is that our roaster is out (hopefully temporarily) and I opened our last bag today. I think people will be screaming if we can't get more.

Thanks Tom, this little shop is located inside the Intuit (the makers of QuickBooks) call center. With no outside public access. I hope to use it as a stepping stone to a more public location. The cool thing is was I left Intuit to go into the Coffee business so I already know a large number of my costumers.

I am still meaning to come down to see you guys again soon, but we are currently practicing our brains out for competition. Then the baby is due in mid March. But, hopefully before the summer I'll come see you guys.

That's cool, it's good stuff, all acoustic, some swing standards, some contemporary grass type stuff, smooth vocals, etc etc etc. No pay required, we just love to play. We take our turn in the band rotation here about once every 3 months or so, I don't want to play more often than that here...I get to spend enough time here :). At any rate, whenever you think would be good for your business, Friday, Saturday, whatever.

I'm sure you're at least as curious as i am to see how this all plays out. I've ALWAYS said Schulz is a genius, everything he does is purposeful & thought out. I'm certain his hiatus from the helm was the same way, "let them see how terrible things are without me, then I'll swoop in & save the day." Whatever happens, however things go, they are definitely changing & they will be quite different 2 or 3 years from today. We are getting ready to make some huge changes {for us} I guess time will tell.
I'll still come drink from your well though...even if they are in every grocery store. :).

I can't wait to get in there. We currently seat 54, which happens about once every 90 days...looks like we'll be able to have seating inside for about 20024, & plenty of outside seating. I will gladly trade the xtra room I have for the drive through. I am really excited to see if "location location location" is BS or the real deal.

Do you have an application in another file type besides .pdf?
I can't fill it out and e-mail it back in a pdf file. If you don't mind me putting it in a txt file and filling it out I can, but the whole format of the app will be lost, and it's just going to be text. Or is there another way to do it that I'm unaware of? Ha, that's probably the case.
