    Yep, that was us! As for coffee here, there's not much right now in this small college town but that is slowly changing. That's why I have my home espresso set-up to get me by till I graduate. The only good espresso is at my friend's shop about 30min away. Maybe I'll run into you again in May when I'm up there for the convention.

The article will feature you and the two other Minnesota baristas that competed; Adam Palmer and Peter Middlecamp. I remember your performance (especially the taste of the S.O. espresso), but need to know a few specifics. Send me the following when you have a chance. Thanks.

    1. The name of your signature drink.
    2. Description of your signature drink and the origins of the idea.
    3. The espresso that was used.
    4. The amount of time you spent training and the a short description of how you trained.
    5. Other competition appearances.
    6. Anything else about how you felt about the competition this year or how you felt about your performance.

    I am sure you will see me around Kopplin's in the near future, I recently moved back to the twin cities.
