It is a Nicaraguan Bean, it's about as big as a dime. Thanks! I am getting a portafilter with spouts on the other side after taxes!

It is great to be here finally. Robbie and others have been telling me that I need to do this for a long time. I'm not a facebook/myspace kind of guy. But... some things must be.

I hope to be in Seattle soon as well. Sounds like a plan!!

You're sweet. My milk has come a long way. Your mantra, 'The milk wants to make beautiful things' has helped me!
  • Trevor

Dee, what's up? I'll keep you posted. We're shooting for December 15th officially but we'll be doing some pre-opening events/jams.

I long for the day that my lips touch the silky sexyness of a delicious Dee Latte.

Oh how I long for it.

    :-)
  • Tyler Rovenstine

Sorry that I waited so long to stop by. Andy said you might be around tomorrow? Is this true?
  • Adam Jake

    Good to hear from you.

    Thanksgiving was nice! Yours?

    Hope all is well.

My espresso is coming along nicely and I'm close to being shot-certified. At that point I start my (much shorter) milk training. I have, though, been sneaking milk practice in with the WWDD (What would Dee do?) matra running through my head.

Come in for your, of course, free coffee!
  • Kane Blaber

Hey Dee. Glad you like the ink. wish i poured it, lol! Speaking of rosettas, that single rosetta in your pics is by far the best i have seen so far. Nice pour :-D!!! Yeah I have been in hospitality for about 8-9 years now, and I now know which niche I belong in. Coffee is now my life :-) I am glad to be amongst it.
  • Joe Marrocco

Things are good. Yes, we're gearing up for the christmas season with the little one. trying to keep things simple though. You are welcome any time in StL. Just let me know when you're heading down. We'll show you the town. I'll send you a message with my info. in it!

    JOE
  • Tyler Rovenstine

Hell yes I will be there.

  • Robbie Britt

  • Matt

I don't think I will make it out. Money is tight right now and I'm not sure I would be able to get the time off. I did get the chance to be a sensory judge at the MWRBC. I was so muh fun! I'm definately going to try to judge again, hopefully in other regions. Anyway- all is well at Kaldi's. How have you been? Have you set a date for the wedding?
  • scottlucey

Thanks a mil Dee! Great to have seen you this weekend!
  • Jesse_Aram

Hey couz. We truly are extended coffee family now. Hope you find a home bar soon. Anyone who gets a chance for you to be pulling shots and pours for them will be very lucky and blessed indeed. Let a brotha know where you end up just in case a Ville to Chicago road trip is in view...

Dee... it's always good to see you. Even better when it's in yr town. I think I am slowly falling in love with Chicago. When do we cross paths again?
  • Jay Lijewski (TacomaPenna)

It was premeditated. I had planned to shave for the finals...

I was getting a little tired of the beard!
  • Robbie Britt
