Hi To,. I'm interested in your Toper. What can you tell me?
  • Stickman

Thanks Tom. The biggest dilemma is the distance between you and I. I'm on Vancouver Island on the west coast of Canada. Let me do some research and keep the communication open with you.

Thanks for the EL SAL suggestion for my ride home. I sipped delicious nuances all the way south of Indy. Please send my compliments to the roaster. Much love bro and thanks for servin up insightfully sweet and well-cared for wedding blend shots. Hope I get to see you soon...

Hey Tom, glad to have you n the gang in shop. Certainly a pleasure. As far as the cat goes, we are using bottomless ports with triple synesso baskets right now. My shop has been dosing between 20 and 22 grams depending on the shot puller. Our PID has been as low as 197.5 all the way up to 199.5 sometimes even in the same day. You really just gotta play with it it. Low 20s has been treating me well as far as times... 22-25 but I have had them work well all the way up to 28 sometimes. Let me know how it turns out for you.

it was, indeed, a tossup... we landed on some guat, dark sidamo, and some byb... though I'm still not sure how I feel about it... really buttery, not so heavily sweet, and some sort of nutty quality to it.. we're looking for the X factor to spice it up; literally.. we want to add spice.. but we don't really want to use png... maybe we should use some of that el salvador like madcap.. that was spicy
