That El Salv CoE was delicious, aftertaste was a bit too acidic, but really, I'm happy with it overall. Crazy how light it looked though for sure, grounds didn't look nearly as light as I thought they would.

Hey, No not yet. I was going to let it rest for about a week after roast but i might try some in the next couple of days to see how it is. The recommended leaving it for about 10 days. I actually got the last of the Kilimanjaro so looking forward to that.
