Good to see you on BX. I have a new account in Philadelphia that is a coffee shop owned by a woman from El Salvador, she hopes you will someday come through town and visit her shop. They serve a lot of Finca Mauritania, it's their favorite.

howdy, i had the chance to cup your pulp natural and try it as a single origin espresso, good stuff. i did a washed, pulp-natural and natural on my farm last year as well. of my samples, the pulp-natural cupped the best. would you be willing to share your pulp-natural techniques?
  • David LaMont

I have to agree with Mick...the Pasa was amazing! But the cup of Mauritania regular lot that I brewed on the vac pot the other day was so sweet and full of butterscotch it blew me away!

    You do incredible work!

In holding with needing to tell you how fantastic your coffee is, I have to say that your Grand Reserve is making my best of the year list. I am enjoying a cup from my Cafe Solo this morning and it reminds me of a mix between a great Rwandan and a great Yirgacheffe. It explodes with deep sweetness, apricot, peach, jasmine, bergamot and muscato grapes. My favorite year for this coffee. Well done!
  • Brady

Greetings Aida. Love your coffees, especially the Grand Reserve. Keep up the great work.
