If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
maybe
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm a great coffee technician. I understand the technical aspects of what makes the kit go. Electric, electronic, plumbing, mechanical, etc.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Almost any.
About Me:
I'm not a morning person, which has kept me from considering my own shop, and I'm not a late night person, either. Strike two. I do like coffee and making great espresso, but lack the experience and exposure to adequately describe and identify what about an individual SO or blend that I like and how it got there vis-a-vis the country and farm of origin.
About My Company:
I'm a 'retired' barista, except what I do at home (and I have the luxury of pulling shots at home on better kit than some baristi have to work with at their shops) and I've gotten into the technical training of baristi. While I understand that that doesn't leave a well rounded barista, I also encourage baristi to learn from many different teachers for well-roundedness.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
It's diversity and potential. It's a young, hip, new industry.
