I've been in the specialty coffee industry for about a year now and look forword to watching the growth and being a part of it. As of right now I am a barista at a brand new sandwich and coffee shop located in Midtown. We're going to be serving up Counter Culture coffee and making some awesome and delicious sammiches.
The community that exists within this business and tradition is getting better and better. The baristas are raising the bar every day of every year working towards excelence and understanding. I'm proud to be a part of it and cant wait to see where it will be years from now.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I want to travel everywhere and learn everything there is to learn about coffee.

About Me:

The name's Matt and I've grown up in Ga, but I was born in Canada, then lived in Cameroon (Africa) and came to Ga when I was about 6. I've played soccer since I was 3, drums since 11, and I work at a photography studio on the side. I love art and I love the artistry in coffee.

About My Company:

Noon at Midtown, is a brand spankin new company opening the 14th of April focused on excelent food paired with excelent coffee in Atlanta. We take pride in the quality and passion of our work, and serve it with that same mentality. We have a small menu which is still in development. I know we will be serving Counter Culture coffee with traditional espresso drinks and perhaps a few sig beverages. The food is going to be based on more sandwich and lunch items. What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The community and the mix of art and science. The sense of passion within the workers and even the hobbyists.
