    life is good, waiting for national championship in april, this time im fine with and in my brain about championship, now i have to make my signature drink, as for training, i working every day in my shop so i have nothing to add or change in a manner of making coffee, will see, what about you?

    Hi Stephanos, you may already know about my venture. I`m starting to recruit world-class trainers & baristas to train the local baristas at the american coffee growing countries.
    The idea is to cover the expenses (air ticket+hotel+food) for a 3 day trip (at least) with sponsor support.
    The venture will start by February 2009, if you`re able to donate a couple of days of your time, to promote the barista profession, please let me know, and I`ll send you the schedule.

    ...there is some news in your neighborhood, Serbia. SSCA become member of SCAE, next year we will have first national barista championship, and hopefully send representative on WBC. I believe that one of my students will be there?
