    my tattoo? =) thank you! but it's a problem in brazil! noooone understands what means... i heard everything while they tried to guess ("ice cream spoon" is the winner), no one ever did guess what is! (just when in my work,,, sure)

    Mimosa, thanks I'm actually roasting and opening a little shop in Englewood... You'll definitely have to check it out, I think we're on the same page/obsession. :)

    I did not make the competition but I'm definitely planning on next year.....

    The roasting is the best part actually - besides trying new beans, blending and all that goodness. I've really been having a blast. I guess it's been about a year of persistent roasting and I feel like I've got a pretty good footing for my little machine anyway. Thanks.... Feel free to stop by or we could work out something if you want to roast or bean swap, etc :)
