If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
maybe
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I can pour double rosettas, make coffee with siphon, do some basic repair work, get along with psychotic customers and have also read few pages from Illy's book.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
London in June, Norway in September. Afterwards would love to pay a visit to Denmark and USA.
About Me:
I've been into coffee for a little bit over three years. I won my national barista championships and placed 2nd on the latte art competition this year.
Outside of coffee my life is consisting of studying psychology, climbing, quality spirits, comics and playing, producing and listening to music.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Hey Joona! Yeah, I'm keeping busy on all fronts! going to portland for barista school next week. Fun! :-) I like your latteart videos, steady! Is that part of your training for WBC? how long will you be In London? I'm gonna stay for the weekend too, so 5 days in total, I am registered to volonteer.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to loads of great traning, great coffees and to check out some cool coffeehouses and roasteries. London: the industry-fair part of the week should be great, I liked WBC 2008 in CPH, but 2 years later on and being in London, I expect this year to be even better. London is also full of COOL coffeehouses so maybe stay another 1-2 days after...winning? ;-) anyway, Best of luck with your preperations: check out your competition: Emil got a Nouva Simonelli for J&N to train and a blog rolling: http://www.tampas.se/

Hi Joona, stumbled across your photos in a macchiato discussion thread. They're gorgeous, do you make the drinks and take the photos all yourself?
Cheers,
Chase.
