I am a beginner in espresso still working on milk texture consistent tamps and late art in the mean time Ive been researching single region coffees and developing an exceptional pallet doing some coffee profiling in the roasting Co next door. Kay-Bay Cafe is a coffee shack next to its own roasting Co. We specialize in organic specialty coffees. Our espresso blend (The Dream Blend) is a perfect well rounded Dream come true! Ive had coffee all over AK and various parts of southern CA but I can not find any thing as good as Kay bay.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Seattle, Portland, Ethiopia, Hawaii
About Me:
I am grounded always looking to grow at every opportunity pleasant to be around
