I enjoy all things coffee, specifically espresso. Enjoy tinkering with the machines, grinders. Finding the sweet spot each coffee has to offer in such a short window of opportunity. To quote others, so many great coffees, so little time.
I take lots of pride in being totally self-taught in everything I choose to do. Trial and error will teach all you need to know.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Just read your post about the Aurelia and your drip tray woes. The drip tray is easily removed, and I was just thinking, it would probably be pretty easy to make a custom drip tray, one that is maybe a bit deeper, or drill a hole or two and run some tubing from the holes to the drain. Just a couple of thoughts.
