Starting to implement a coffee lounge and micro roastery - so at this stage it is not so much what I can offer the exchange, more what this great site can offer me.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I have a few off the beaten track places left to tick off.

People that are luckily enough to have a local independent specialty coffee shop that roasts its own coffee in-store and serves a selection of carefully crafted coffee based beverages with a full audit trail from tree to cup will in my view be drinking a vastly superior cup of coffee which when placed side-by-side with the Liquid McDonalds’ that choke the UK high streets today will win every time. And where I live I do not have that luxury.

Therein exists an opportunity to provide people with some of the most unique and awe-inspiring coffees that I have tasted from around the world.
