Graduated in coffee business and barista at American Barista and Coffee School April 2010

About Me:

Creative Director and writer in Advertising business for 20 years. Was a graphic artist in my earlier years. I decided that it was time for a career shift and seeing that I spent so much time with coffee on the job, decided to make coffee my business. Also recognising that there are no true coffee artisans or roasters in my country I decided that I want to be the guru of coffee in Trinidad!

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

the simplicity to create and complexity of the bean
