I am currently at Ost Cafe in Lower East Side, NYC. I'm enjoying it very much. We brew intelligentsia which Im very happy with. I consider myself a 3rd wave barista and if i had a Slayer i would be a "4th wave". I love innovation i think its great. I am very creative myself and developed a few of my own techniques. I think the very first time i fell in love with coffee was the day i tasted am Ethiopian Chemex which had a delicious maple-like aroma and blueberry crisp feeling in your mouth with a chocolately finish, it was as if i had traveled back to when i was 8 year old eating my mom's blueberry pancakes and having milk with very little coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would really love to go visit a Guatemalan Farm, I've been to Peruvian Farms and i absolutely loved it. I also would really love to visit A coffee Farm in Ethiopia preferably Siadama Providence since thats where my favorite cup of coffee comes from... it just bring a smile to my face every time i drink it.
About Me:
I am a crazy foodie. Espresso for me is the ultimate craft, far more complicated than wine as other would argue. Which is fine. I love coffee, friends and music.
About My Company:
I do have a mixology concept Company its on its crawling stage i have done some work in NYC with small coffee shops and small bars. I offer all sorts of mixology concepts from making a chocolate martini to making mango caviar for a drink i call mango 3000. basically from old concepts to the new molecular mixology concepts. I may be young in the industry but i've worked more than people that have been in it for years. This is my passion
