It is of great importance to us that we keep our eco-footprint to a minimum, so we use recyclable and reusable paper and plastic products as much as possible. Additionally, we serve only the best fair trade, organic, and shade grown coffees from Johnson Brothers roastery (located in Madison, Wisconsin).
