- We have a quirky indie coffee shop bordering a canal and the ocean on a rural Hawaiian island. Our baristas take their trade very seriously. Our customers are bred to expect excellence in their coffee. Our shop has a reputation for good coffee, good community, good service.

- Small Town Coffee. It's a coffee oasis in an otherwise barren land. It's an old style shop where people come to talk, have meetings, share music and art, read, bring their kids. We have everyone from travelers to senators come through. We insist that everything taste good and look good, and we take it real seriously. Oh, and we're nice. What else?
- What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
- When you teach someone something about coffee, they apply it, or discover it for themselves, whatever, and then come back and tell you with "that look" in their eyes, you know the one? Education and awareness.
