Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Our shop is housed in a circa 1903 building that we restored. Exposed brick, tin ceilings and original maple floor. We're in a college town that is the county seat, with great competition. The espresso bar was built from a circa 1890 oak front bar and features a Mirage Duette. We use Metropolis Coffee from Chicago and have become friends with Tony and Jeff and their great staff.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Seattle, Kenya, Rwanda, Amsterdam, Ethiopia.

About Me:

Self employed for 25 years with marketing, sales, advertising, broadcasting and printing background. Coffee geek since 2001.

About My Company:

A labor of love with a great staff, in a building we are fortunate to own. 2650 square feet with occupancy of 140. Music on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays as schedule allows.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The customers and being able to educate them.
