Hi Adam... long time no hear. I appreciate the class you offered me at Stockton Graham. That along with the short bit of commercial exposure I had at Espresso Brazil gave my wife and I the confidence to start our own thing. At first we wanted to do the kiosk thing but that was going to cost ALOT and demand ALOT of our time. I started thinking about something mobile and we found an awesome turnkey van out in AZ. Got it for less than half what it cost to build and now we have our own mobile espresso van. As far as we know it's the only one in this state, according to the NC Dept. of Agriculture. We have set up an account at Stockton Graham and have talked alot with Thom, Brandon and others. Things are going quite well and the business, although very different for our area, is gaining quite the following. Again, thanks for what you have done in the past and for sending the reply. Later!

Thanks for the kind words. Truly appreciate it. I would love to talk coffee as well. I am trying to get the costs figured out at the moment. I am also looking for good coops to buy from in the future. I want the highest quality that I can buy. That is my goal.
