I have been in the industry for quite awhile and have pretty much done a little bit of most everything. I have a really great network of industry professional friends and co-workers and would love to particpate in and work with others on projects within the industry. Oh, did I mention I know a little about chocolate too?
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
All. I already travel the states, particularly in the west and Alaska, but would love to travel abroad more often.

I am currently a "gourmet food broker" working specifically within the specialty coffee industry and allied products for espresso bars. I rep and work closely with Ghirardelli Chocolate, Pixie Mate, and Sambazon Acai. I'm a Mom too.

Gourmet Source is a gourmet food broker specifically catering to the specialty coffee industry. We provide product sourcing and developement, menu and recipe developement, and industry consulting to wholesale specialty coffee roaster distributors, retail coffee shops, and food service distribution and end users. Gourmet Source currently represents Ghirardelli Chocolate, White Wave Silk Soy Milk, Pixie Mate, Maui Fruit Smoothies, Sambazon Acai, and United Brands (Miam Miam and Whip It).

    Ginger, one of these days our paths will cross so let's keep trying. Have just returned from Leguna Negal area. We shopped the farmer's markets by day and never set foot in a restaurant! Fresh artichokes, strawberries, avacados, meyer lemons.. cool Pacific breezes...adjusting back to Houston is taking some time!
