Have been specializing in espresso for the last 2 years, am lucky to be able to sharpen my skills working behind a Mistral generation 3, from Melbourne were I am lucky enough to work with Australians best including David Makin. Im looking forward to competing next year and would love the chance to gain knowledge and experience from all over the globe.

im 22 born in Moscow. came to Sydney when i was 2. Worked in the industry for 6 years. in all sorts of environment including management but fell in love with espresso process.

    Thats the link that taught me, I just do it slightly different. I do a solid base, layered heart in the middle (leaf) then solid top.

    If you can to a tulip then you should get it 2nd/3rd try.
