Hi Mark ! Thanks for unswering. Well in Poland i can tell we have quit different situation. From the first point of view - as I wrote it is still a "country of caffe latte" and I'm not thinking od 200 - 240 ml cafe latte :) but 350 to 500 ml latte (!!) based on double or (SIC !!) on single espresso :P so rather the american style :) My sorrow that it is still trendy to go along the street with a large paper mug of, a "cappucino" like "coffee" ;)
From the secound point o view we have a really good rostery situation. I personally know 3 roastery plants that have a good and very good quality green beans. Moreover probobly we have more like that about which i don't know. Hope it will develop :)
About a barist community it's quite good as i think. We are all having a good contact and almoust evryone is cheering up another and what is surpising it is not depended on a coffee chain or coffee store in which somebody is working :) Of curse it will take some years before coffee culture will be at a good level :) BUT ! We are still brewing and will not resignate :) !!
Shop roaster ! Sure ! Pleas write me what do U neet. Do U have dreamd model or produer ? Write me down and I will try to find it for U or try to find omething similar. Ofcource will write U the price, quality and all detiles which U need.
2006 barista champion of Poland Marcin Rus .... narczyk :) I know him but only a little. I was talking with him fiev times but don't have a cole contact. I know very good Paweł Pala - polish cuptasteing champion 2009 (we were working together for the last 2 yaers) nad fiev other people like Marcin Moczydłowski (latte art champion 2008), Radek Darnowski (latte art champion 2009) and fiev other. We all have w really good contact :) Hope it will be like that as long as it is possible.
U mentioned about trening program in Hungary. How it's going ?
Hi Mark, you did a great job with the machine. I have a La Marzocco linea for training, with a few modifications but nothing that really changes the look too much.
I will have to come see you for a coffee next time I'm in Budapest, my wifes family live in Budaors and we try to visit Hungary every few years.
All the best with your coffee journey.

How is everything with you,I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately.I have something very vital to disclose to you,but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on(stephanie.assa@yahoo.co.th)for the full details. Have a nice day.
