Basic coffee extraction, bar backing, milk steaming/microfoam, latte art (heart, Rosetta, tulip); pulling shots (Ristretto/Normale) on La Marzocco Strada MP, Pourovers/manual brewing with Clever and Hario V60, Certified ServeSafe california, FIFO, opening and closing procedures, distributing tips, counting in/out drawers.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Big cities to small towns, I like it all.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
That it's everywhere you go, so no matter where I travel to if I step into a new coffee shop I feel right at home.
