About Me:: I would have to admit Coffee is my life to the point of nearly being boring having not many other real interest apart from my family. I have a beautiful wife and two childen
About My Company:: I have owned 3 Cafes and now run the industry Cafe Trade Magazine called Cafe Culture Magazine in Australia. I also run two trade shows, Cafe Biz and The Golden Bean. I have a Training company that trains Barista's all over Australia
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: The pasionate people, they are a bit odd but I like most of them!

how are you going sean my name is sam corra i am a canberra based barista, although i am self taught i believe i have the skills to start competing in some of the latte art comps my only problem is i never here about any or if i do it's to late, i would love to become more involved in the coffee industry scene and would appreciate any opportunity to further develop my skills and career as a professional , so i was wondering if you could keep me informed on any comps that are coming up or anything really that would help me, i will prob be attending the cafe biz expo on sunday but have got to get back to the cafe for work so most likely not the monday, any way thanks a lot p.s if you would like to check out some more of my stuff i have a few video's on youtube type bacco555888 and you should get to it
