What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: In no other industry is the whole world so affected by the sweat and care taken at every stage in the process to produce such a temporal, yet timeless commodity. Coffee beans can only be used once, yet there affect is to tranport the drinker into the history of revolutions, martyrdom, and late nights :) There is no substitute for a truly delicious brew, and yet all of its potential can be dashed by one mistake made along the long road to the cup.
