About Me:
Former retail manager turned chef (trained at The Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, the only school of it's kind health & culinary arts) and starting a fair trade organic coffee roasting business (and eventual vegetarian and organic coffeehouse with awesome baked goods not using refined flours or sugars!) opening in New Haven April 2008; have some barista skills and knowledge, but have been home roasting for 4over years.
