After working for several years in food service, I found true happiness in preparing and serving great coffee beverages as a professional barista in Iowa City. Only recently have I become more involved in the daily operations of my cafe as an assistant manager and look forward to trying to maintain a balance between efficacy as a manager and creativity as a barista.
