Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: I work at Ellianos Coffee Co. I am a trained barista and very fast and meticulous about what I do. I am willing to learn more and have a strong desire to make coffee the RIGHT way. I know I have much more to learn and understand but I am willing.

About Me:: I am 22 years old. I am graduating May 2010 with a B.S. degree in Sociology. I love playing and writing music. I lead worship at a modern church in Valdosta Ga and love coffee!
About My Company:: Ellianos Coffee is a small chain of all drive-thru (which I don't like), very fast pace, very busy in the mornings. We do pull our own shots, we serve many signature drinks. We use Ellianos beans roasted in Seattle and we use Monin and Torani syrups.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: I love what it does for people socially and culturally, not to mention the taste!
