With my wife, we run a specialty coffee shop, called La Mocca, where I roast our origin beans, and our blends on a 3 Kg electric Samiac. We use La Marzocco GS3 to prepare espresso and milk based drinks.

I am a 42 year old sales and marketing professional, with a wide variety of experience in the service industry. I was always addicted to good espresso and I started to develop my knowledge and skills.
