Profile Information:

What is your position in the coffee industry?
barista, barista trainer
Where are you located? ( City and Country )
Louisville, KY
How many years have you been in the industry?
6
If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Right now, I'm an underground latte artist caged at Starbucks. Let me tell you, those benefits are worth selling your soul for. I stay sane by spending far too much time at local coffee shops and competing in latte art competitions.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
All of them.
About Me:
I tend to steer away from long walks on the beach because of my dangerously low metabolism and rotund exterior. Maybe a short jaunt... or just a nice view from my air conditioned room on the boardwalk? I am, however, a romantic. Also, I am married.

I'm that heavily tattooed, big ear lobed tough guy housing a heart of gold suspended in banana pudding and sunshine within the gruff exterior that makes your mother furrow her aged brow and tsk. Drop your wallet and run or accept the mushy bear hug I'm offering?

I'm a scholar with no time for college, choosing instead the artisan craft route. My resume includes professional piercing and body modification artist, glass blower, fire performer, and barista.
About My Company:
Starbucks keeps me in touch with the coffee drinking public and gives me benefits so I can support my family.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
coffee

Dude, I've heard rumors that Ray's Monkeyhouse is looking to sale. Have you thought about there for a location?

Hey man- Congratulations again! You did a great job in New York. There are a few of us that might come to Louisville later this month to Quills coffee for a barista bash. You going?
