Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have competed in 3 Central Regional and 1 National Canadian Barista Championship, placing high in all 4. I have been certified as a judge, and have judged in 3 regional competitions, as well as 1 National.
I have recently opened a vagan cafe/espresso bar in downtown Kitchener, and am slowly but surely converting my regulars to single origin brews and fantastic espresso!

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Any and all with repect to language barriers.
