About Me:
I source and supply green coffee to home roasters and local roasters through an online cooperative buying club. Married, with two wonderful daughters, coffee is my avocation, my main activity centers around supporting Navy ships.
About My Company:
My company sources coffee for local roasters and sells coffee to home roasters through an online retail shop. We are starting to work consult with local roasters and to help connect East coast roasters by setting up regular group cuppings and buying groups. We hope to set up successful buying groups for the 2009 Cup of Excellence competition, and to establish a direct trade source from Nicaragua.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The people--endless surprises of warmth and generousity
Chad, thanks for the batch of RSB that you distributed for the GCBC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I roasted up a # in my air roaster and after a 3 day rest, it was a wonderfully welcome change of pace from all the Centrals that I have been drinking this year. It's been around 2 years since I last had any RSB. A flexible blend that pairs well with a quality Brazilian for espresso that I'm eager to try again.
Thank you!
