Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: I've managed a bistro/coffee shop for a year and half now. I'm mostly self taught but have a passion for coffee and the art of being a good barista! It runs in the family as my sister is barista, and some cousins here and there are as well. I have all the basic skills, (and talents ;) ) but never knew how to take it to the next level. We're looking for somewhere to expand our skills!
