hey, mitch!...what's up?  just now getting geared up for the equestrian season...been a bit on the quiet side for january and february.  have come close to getting into another horse venue at lexington, va.  ran into some delays and issues with the county health department and the water/sewage authority with a specific building in mind on the premises.  so, looks like it will be too costly for that project...going up to meet again with the powers that be, and see about another location on site that they have in mind.  keeping my fingers crossed that this one works out!

hope all is going well out your way, wish you a great 2011 season!
