TI am currently working at a publishing company in Spokane Washington. We do some pretty bitchen work. I work with the graphic design aspect and am completely willing to work with someone wanting to spruce up an old logo, transferring a logo to PDF, making a new logo etc... my company also prints and mails and binds. If your interested in fliers, publications, short stories etc drop me a line.
I have received extensive training in the perfect shot, free pour and drink building. The shop I work for flew in our roasters top trainer and taster for a small intensive training. Before this shop I worked in a failing Cafe in my small home town. This was actually an incredible experience: I now know several ways to kill a business...
Even though I am very young i have put in countless hours furthering my knowledge and skills in the coffee industry and have extensive background in business. I believe I was born to own half the world before I'm 30. ITS ALL UP HILL FROM HERE BABY!
About Me:
Three years in coffee...
always always always bettering myself for the sake of the industry no matter what industry it happens to be. I live in the up and coming city of Spokane and it has been exciting to see the growth of the coffee industry as well as the city in general. I have had a passion for coffee for many years but I was too involved in Veterinary Technician training as well as owning small grooming business I started at the age of 16.
after five years selling dog sweaters getting hurt in a car accident I started at a small cafe in my small home town. I received several hours of training with the roaster that sold our beans. I stayed there for over a year dealing with some pretty awful coworkers, you know the kind that don't rinse the pitchers and re steam milk, any ways, I moved on to a wonderful chocolate shop that happens to have some of the best coffee I have had, I'd say top ten. They also gave me an intensive coffee course with their roasters trainer.
Now I work for a publishing company
About My Company:
Small publication, printing, bindery, mailing, advertising ,graphic design, lithography for petes sake! We also design, print, advertise our own two publications auto clipper and coupon clipper.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The roasters, the different distict flavors of each regions beans, the corrolation between coffee and chocolate, passion

That would be so cool to see something like that. All we have here is rain and more rain. Although if it was to snow 1" here the whole country would stop. Enjoy your Xmas. DM
