My newest gig is with Caribou Coffee here in Minnesota, I love the company, and I love the coffee. I came from an Independent called Retro Roast and Fountain where I had the opportunity to zip down to Chicago and train with some high class baristas at Intelligentsia. I consider myself a pretty good barista and I bust out a great Rosetta from time to time, but lately have been learning the art of running a super auto bar to maintain good drink flow during a rush of 30-50 customers, at that point, latte art doesn't mean nearly as much as milk management and forsight.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
ANYWHERE!! I love to travel, and I love to learn.

I love 4 things fanatically and they are My Fiancee, My Family, My Motorcycles, and Coffee. My favorite days start with an early morning of work, some great coffee, an afternoon ride, and dinner with the family.
