Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: We are opening our first coffee shop here in Hannibal Mo because we love coffee and there is a hole in the existing coffee scene that we are trying fill. We want to share the love and educate the peeps about tasty brown magic and where it comes from.

About Me:: Recently moved from Southern California to the home of Mark Twain on the mighty Mississippi. Going to try to bring good taste and culture to the starving masses...or whomever.
About My Company:: Mark Twain Ice and Coal began in a painting, became a shave ice cart on the corner and evolved into an art/coffee bar.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?: bean juice and the farmers...the ones who get dirty.

No, our stuff sold fairly quickly. My advice is to buy from as local a source as you can anyway, so you can test it and have some recourse if something doesn't work right.
